Request deletion by email
Send an email to contact@happydance.cc with the subject Account and data deletion request. Include the account email or the Sign in with Apple relay email associated with the account. Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers or identity documents unless our privacy team specifically requests a secure verification method.
We may ask for reasonable information to verify that you control the account. We will process the request within the period required by applicable law and will explain any information we must retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, payment or dispute-resolution purposes.
What deletion may remove
- Account profile and sign-in association.
- Prompts, uploaded images and generated history stored in the account.
- Saved preferences and app-specific support records, where deletion is technically and legally available.
What may remain temporarily
Transaction records, security logs, fraud-prevention records, backups and information required by law may be retained for a limited period. Deleting an account does not automatically cancel an Apple or Google subscription or guarantee a refund. Manage subscriptions through the relevant store account.
